My account called “CUULTURE” was hacked back in September 2022 and I am now trying to get it back again via Roblox Support, after failing numerous times. The last time I tried getting my old account back was in January 2025 and I found out that the hacker who hacked my account had removed the email from the account and had not added a email to it since.
This time, whenever I try to make a new Roblox Support ticket, Roblox isn’t sending me an email for that ticket. There isn’t any email indicating that is from Roblox whatsoever. The AI says that Roblox Customer Support has sent me an email, but when I check my inbox, there is no email. I’ve also tried checking my spam/junk inbox, and theres nothing there.
I did this on Roblox Support with the prompt “My account was hacked, please help me recover it.” on the category Account Hacked or can’t log in.
The last support ticket I made was 2 weeks ago and I never got a reply. I tried making a new Roblox Support Ticket but they wouldn’t send anything even though they said they did.
It sounds like nothing would come up, but just checking. Not sure how else to help. I don’t think the #bug-reports category covers Roblox Support issues.

If you are curious, it’s actually the new roblox support chatbot that automatically opens on certain catagories on support and you can’t really avoid it. I used this before, when i selected this catagory i had the bot opened instead of support and just simply asked him tom get transferred and i did so i am kinda confused why this doesn’t work here
So basically it is suppose to open a ticket for you which it doesn’t here. It might be a bug so maybe you could bug report it to #bug-reports (I am talking to the OP on this one might be confusing)
