Outcome:
try setting the animation’s priority to Action or Idle
2 animations exist in the Idle “Animation 1” and “Animation 2”. And I’m confused on what you mean by setting the animation’s priority. Sorry, I’m not that good at scripting.
These are the animations.
Try changing both of them to the one that you made.
And to change the animation priority, go to your animation you made in the editor, click the three dots, and hover over Set Animation Priority:
change it to Idle or Action then reupload it
Do I set the priority to the Idle or to one of the animations within Idle?
try setting the priority to Idle
also I’m a little confused
is the problem that the animation will only work in studio but not in game?
I can’t change the animation priority because a friend made it for me.
ohhh, I think thats why it’s not working
you need to reupload it yourself in order for it to work
It doesn’t work in both Studio and in game.
How will I manage to do that when I don’t own it?
Try asking your friend to send you the dummy where the animation was saved
you can then find the animation in the dummy and reupload it
And he sent me the game file for the sword and the problem still continues.
did you make sure to reupload the animation as yours though?
since you cant get animations on the website, you need to get the dummy model where he animated it and reupload the animation as if you were making it
(there should be an AnimSaves model in the dummy):
This dummy?
yep, as long as its the one that holds the animation(where your friend animated it)
I think he might of deleted it because It’s not here.
Is it possible to just use the ID somehow?
sadly you cant, tell him to reimport the animation into the dummy(kind of the same way you would export an animation)
He said he can’t because it was a free animation.
