I was thinking, Is it allowed for me to make a game that rewards you with robux to give back to the community.
Way of Achieving
It would ask you to make a gamepass with an amount of 7 robux or lower and setup a bot that buys the gamepass automatically once you have finished.

You can only pay certain DEVs and contributors in Robux normally from group payouts.
This probably isn’t allowed.
However, out of curiosity, who is putting robux into the game? If everybody is withdrawing and nobody is spending robux, how do you sustain it?

If you spend robux, you will be able to stop others from getting robux.
Strange concept I’ve never heard of, it isn’t. But I don’t recommend it at all, you can still be moderated for this. Roblox moderation is very bad and a miniature mistake can trigger a warning. You probably won’t get terminated though.
