Hey there, I searched for this to see if any other games are having the same issue. Maybe I was one of the first due to the recent shutdown of our server?
What Happened:
One of our staff members was shutting down smaller servers (which we haven’t had our staff do that in months; so I’m not quite sure why they figured they’d be doing that in the first place.)
That of which the presumably - accidentally shutdown our main server which had nearly 80 players in it.
Since then our terrain in-game has not loaded in at all. And by that I don’t mean we’re standing on invisible terrain or anything. By that I mean, the terrain is literally not loading in whatsoever.
I haven’t added any updates since our last update. Which our last update the terrain was working & loading in perfectly fine. Let alone we use textures for quite a bit of our buildings in our game, and the textures have loaded in perfectly fine?
This is a very strange situation, I’m hoping somebody can shine some light on this subject.

Only strange “error/warning” I’ve noticed in Dev Console:
An infinite yield possible error means that a call to a function has been running for 5 seconds but not working. It could be an error with roblox.

Terrain is working perfectly fine for our vehicle testing game; this is very strange. Right during a huge egg hunt event as well…

Roblox’s servers are probably not responding correctly because of the hunt. If it works in studio then that might be the reason.
It’s working in a public game, me and about 4 other players were just trying out the new vehicles we’re designing.
Just not in Military Roleplay - Roblox
I also uploaded the same exact file of the game to our Testing game for Fort Tedder - and the terrain loaded in perfectly fine.
I find it very strange that this is only happening at this specific place; and when publishing the same exact copy of the game to another place, the terrain worked fine.

So does it only happen in the game, or does it also happen in studio
Maybe shutting your game down will reset the servers and the terrain might load
UPDATE: Sorry I fell asleep amidst designing threee new vehicles last night; but my brother who co-owns the game with me informe me that aroun 3 PM [CST] the “server fluctuated for a bunch of games”; uh - whatever that means anyways haha.
But the terrain is working fine now, it was certainly a weird experience we encountered there.
