Roblox tools change their baseparts CanCollide property when equipped/unequipped

Hello i have a problem : whenever i unequip any tool, all the parts inside it will be collidable even if it set to false by default and this is a huge problem for my game because its freezing the player’s fps everytimes it unequip the tool (1 to 2 sec). Here is an exemple with a simple tool, using only 1 part in a game with 0 scripts :
