Bring up the Roblox top bar, and when it appears, remove the cursor as quickly as possible, after which it will not be removed, and you will have to hover over it again to fix it. I showed it in this video:
Expected Behavior
I expect this bar to be removed after I have removed my cursor.
Actual Behavior
When I remove the cursor, the panel is still active, sometimes it gets in the way and I have to spend time fixing it.
Workaround
Point to the panel again.
Issue Area: Engine Issue Type: Display Impact: Low Frequency: Sometimes
Has been happening ever since the new beta app had the new top panel. Additionally, the top panel sometimes interferes with icons on the top bar rendering them unusable (until fixed), so this could also prevent users from changing menu settings.
This top panel is located at the very top of the window, if you hover the cursor there for a while, this panel will appear on which Roblox is written, on the right there is a button in the form of a cross that closes the Roblox client.
@pozzzy333 what platform are you experiencing this on? If on Windows, can you give us the Windows version? And did you download Roblox from the website or the app store?
I am experiencing this issue too and it can happen everytime if you follow the reproduction steps. I am experiencing this issue on Windows 10 version 22H2 build 19045.4123. I’ve downloaded Roblox from the website. It is impossible to have this issue on the Microsoft Store version of Roblox since it doesn’t have the same Top Panel.
I am experiencing the same issue that the original poster (OP) stated! I replicated the bug through the Roblox Universal App and it is possible to do so. This hasn’t been fixed yet…
@Bodacious_Abzz Is there a possibility to provide my Windows and Roblox version via PMs?
