Roblox UGC item not rendering on website avatar

Reproduction Steps

I have no idea what is happening with this item I have even re modelled it and re uploaded. It works in game.

Expected Behavior

The item to be rendered on the website.

Actual Behavior

The item wont render and when viewed on the avatar it removes the legs but still wont render giving the appearance of the avatar having no legs.

Workaround

The item is most likely not rendering because it is not for sale. Items that are not for sale can only be previewed if the Roblox account owns the item or created the item. At that point, the item will be downloadable. The item you listed here is not downloadable and cannot be previewed since the item is not owned by the Roblox account.

This is not a bug.

This is not a thing. You can preview any accessory on the website regardless of it being for sale. Please verify what you’re saying is true before you say it.
