Hey, about 3 days ago when Roblox Studio updated my UI started going from this:

When Re-Opened: 
The first time I open it in-game its fine but the second time I open it the UI does the wired glitch.

I checked to see the index and if the UI was 100% visible and it seems it was so I’m not sure what’s causing this, anyone have any ideas? Thanks! 
I’ve been having the same issue, mainly with images. I’m not sure how or what can solve it except for moving it to a different place and then back. If that doesn’t work, then I have no idea.
You can try change the zindex much higher than the template.
The problem will be on roblox.

This might be a roblox issue, but you could try changing the zindex setting between global and sibling and see if that fixes it.
Try going to the screengui and change ZIndexBehavior to Global Or Sibling.
