Roblox Universal App Doesn’t Show Accessories from “Currently Wearing” Section when Viewing Full Profile

Issue Description

On the Roblox Universal App for mobile (iOS/Android), player worn items are initially visible when viewing a user’s mini-profile (such as from a leaderboard or search). However, when tapping the “Full Profile” button, the “Currently Wearing” section disappears completely. This inconsistency makes it difficult to analyze outfits from full profiles in-app.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Open the Roblox Universal App on mobile.
  2. Tap on a player’s profile picture (from your friend list, or through search).
  3. Observe that their currently worn items are briefly visible.
  4. Tap “View Full Profile”.
  5. Notice that the “Currently Wearing” section is no longer displaying the items.

Expected Behavior

The “Currently Wearing” section should display the worn accessories when navigating to a player’s full profile within the Roblox Universal App.

I cannot reproduce this bug on my Android devices so I assume it only affects IOS?

I want to point out that there is a longstanding bug on the Microsoft Store UWP and Android/IOS apps were only up to 7 (Android/IOS apps) or 8 accessories in the Microsoft Store UWP app (sometimes less are appeared) as shown instead of all of the accessories being worn. Hope this bug gets addressed too.

Huge sorry for the delay of my response- I got pretty busy reporting others as well as doing some work behind the scenes as a Roblox developer, but I’m here to address your reply:

  1. Yeah; this issue is currently occurring using iOS devices. It was previously working oddly for the Roblox Universal App on the computer, but it should be fixed. Otherwise, I’ll report and make sure to specify the version.
  2. I’m unsure how it’s behaving through UWP as Roblox was apparently discontinuing it (according to online posts). Likewise, the problem is still visible through iOS and it has been going whacky since the bug was reported. Hopefully, they can fix it!
