For the past couple of days, I have attempted to upload a Video thumbnail and every time this unknown error appears.
I’m unsure as to why this is happening I tried using different youtube videos, varying games, and a different device but to no luck it still shows the error.
Currently, it is not possible to upload a video to the creator dashboard. You must do it using the develop pages.
The problem still occurs unfortunately

I had the same issue a while ago.
When I reached out to Roblox they said it was denied because something in the title or description of the video was moderated by Roblox’s filters.
Try clearing out any links from your description, making the title simple, and trying again
Fairly certain you can just edit the description back to how it was originally once the video is approved, and it’ll stay on your game’s page.
