I am planning a game that like “Half-Life:Alyx”.
but roblox default vr movement/vr camera movement is bad,
I want to make “continuous” movement mode (and i wanna make “Shift” mode too)

That’s actually a very good idea! Unfortunately, Roblox isn’t at the point where VR is another platform. VR is incredibly buggy and theres not a lot of players.

its definitely possible, but it would be very complicated, for a mag i.e you could make a hitbox on the hand that the player can use and will weld it to their hands
