I have been pestered by this issue for 2-3 weeks now, no avail from support either.Thought I’d seek help here.
For reference I have tried;
Clearing cache, re-installing ROBLOX
Removed extensions that modify ROBLOX
Tried logging on different devices with same account (This worked, even with “affected account”)
Put ROBLOX in compatability mode and every other shenanigan known on YouTube.
ROBLOX Studio and the Windows Store (Client version) will not work either, it is specifically the browser client-version of the game that will not start up.
Whenever I start up the browser client-version, either 2 of these, will show up, both being frozen/unable to be interacted with.
Adding on that I suspect that this has something to do with Byfron, as the windows-client version does not experience these issues, but yet have not had Byfron implemented, in contrast to the browser client-version which has had byfron implemented.
It has been suggested before, but it is not confirmed. Just a mere speculation.
Has this issue been fixed for you after applying the suggested actions in that post?
I’ve been having this for 2 weeks or so by now, nothing seems to work.
