Roblox Wont Load/Open, Help needed

  2. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
    I’m using Windows 11. let me know if you would like to know the exact version. I do not get to load into any experiences. it just shows starting roblox for longer than usual, and just closes. not running in the background. The last time I touched roblox was about 2-3 days ago. I was in a game and I opened roblox, and it said “roblox crash” and I never touched it again until 2 days ago. I do not get any error codes. it just closes. And an example image (It is not my account. i ran roblox on my second pc which as a 3060 ti and it worked just fine. My pc has a 2060 super)

  3. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?
    Litterally everything. My last option is to reset my pc which i dont want to ;-;

Uninstalling, reinstalling, different browsers, different accounts, different pc’s (that works on my account but not on my main one), errasing local app data and more No idea what to do

Try these steps one by one.

  1. Uninstall Roblox Player & Roblox Studio.
  2. Hold the Windows + R keys on your keyboard.
  3. In the newly opened text box type %appdata%
  4. It will get you into the “Roaming” folder,
  5. Look above, there should be something like “Your User > AppData > Roaming”, click on the AppData
  6. Find the “Roblox” folder and delete it. (don’t worry nothing bad will happen)
  7. Install Roblox again.

already tried it :confused: nothing happened. ill try it again ig. I didnt uninstall roblox studio before though

Hey I’m coming back to this. I’d recommend doing a virus check, maybe there’s some viruses on your computer that interfere once Roblox tries to load.

Also your internet’s speed and connection quality can also affect Roblox’s loading.

Im also very late to this, just reset my pc. Ive never had a virus because im very careful and almost never will. Never been hacked, list goes on. I’ve seen a couple people with the issue through my time researching about it. The easiest fix and maybe only fix is just resetting your pc. Also i scanned through 4m files on my pc never found a virus. Also i have like 3 different virus scanners and protectors.
