Hello, I’m a 3d modeler and do textures by hand as well as animate.

I saw the Strawberries on Topper hat and was thinking how nice the model was, and I’d love to make a texture for it and sell it. Like valve does with the steam workshop.
Where people make custom modifications for a game. An example like gun skins for CS:GO and items for Dota: 2. People would buy the item, then if they wanted they can also buy a custom texture for the item. I thought it would be cool if we had this type of stuff here.

You send a request review for a texture or 3d model asking for it to be in the selling category.
In this case I’m talking about textures. (But 3d models would be nice too.)

People would be able to buy the item along with having the option to buy custom skins for said item if the item was already purchased.

I’ve made this by giving an example how more or less it would be on the website.
Roblox could do a 50% robux income for the person that made the 3d model/texture.

The idea isn’t foreign. The UGC catalog is something Roblox has been teasing us with for years on end. It was expected to launch in early 2017 but it’s likely that there were too many risks and challenges involved.

But hey, Roblox passed us the torch on events, maybe they’ll do the same with hats.
