Roblox.com redirected you too many times error

Bet it was an intern. All of the API sites (*.roblox.com) for the most part appear to be working fine since none of my services appear to be having any issues, although the auth API does seem to be having issues on various endpoints I use.

No. It’s a cookie thing that’s like not working.

When this post was made I was in a game and it was all fine, then I decided to play another one and it’s where this happened to me. It seems like the in-game servers are fine (I don’t how they are about teleporting between places) but staying on a server is fine. So I think it’s a website issue.

This is what CORS Policy does, this may be the answer to this problem.

yeah, I can’t even do anything on roblox studio. Takes a whole lifetime just to save or do anything, and I just had a save that failed as well.

Can reproduce, but fluctuating between no response and redirect issues
Browser: Firefox 90.0

Not getting anything in the console, cannot reproduce.

This is how you report to Roblox - its a bug report.

But I think we get the general idea that there is an issue now. Should probably stop commenting about it and await a reply from a Roblox representative.

Like I said here, it’s a website issue I think. So you might not be wrong as crazy as your theory might sound.

I can comfirm this is on MS Edge.

This is the doing of a server crash, for sure.
I was stupid enough to reset my cookies, and now i’m getting an “Unknown Error” signing in.

I can confirm that this also is happening to me as well. I wasn’t sure if it was worth pointing the same issue out as everyone else, but on the off chance that anyone reading this isn’t convinced from the 90+ replies in agreement I’m hoping that number 91 will finally sway them.

According to DownDetector users, it’s Brookhaven, since Brookhaven’s been surpassing Adopt Me’s numbers recently.

But it could be anything.

This Just came to mind after my previous post. There has been talk of DDOS attacks on specific Roblox game servers. Could this be a DDOS on the site itself?

this is very sad, right when i was about to do something on the website, “too many redirects occur”.

I’m having this issue right now (as well)…both the site and studio…on Windows 10.

Issues can appear out of no-where and not necessarily caused by Roblox themselfs. For all we know, it could be an upstream issue.

Considering how many times Roblox has gone down due to server issues and other things, it’s no longer an “intern failure”.
It’s ALL ACROSS the site teams. Really, they’ve been ignoring this for ages.

Finally they logged the status here, they are aware of the issue don’t notify them about it they know

Try using incognito, it works but you can’t log in
