Anyone who wishes to practice well under our name must follow our Standards of Practice. Anyone who acts in our name without following the Standards of Practice will not be recognized. We reserve the right to ban people from the Robloxian Medical Cross for severe or repeated violations.

Title One: General Standards
General Standards
1. Respectful Conduct
Anyone operating under our name must always act respectful and never be disrespectful or toxic. Treat everyone with respect.
2. Professional Behavior
You shall maintain professionalism at all times when representing the Robloxian Medical Cross. Refrain from engaging in unnecessary arguments, disruptive behavior, or actions that may harm the reputation of the group. Just because you are in our group does not mean that you are special and can ignore the rules set by others.
3. Appropriate Role Fulfillment
Members must fulfill their duties appropriately when providing assistance or representing the Robloxian Medical Cross. You shall always prioritize the needs of those requiring aid in crisis situations or medical support.
4. No Unauthorized Actions
You shall not take actions under the name of the Robloxian Medical Cross that are not aligned with the group’s mission or guidelines. Unauthorized actions may result in removal from the group.
5. Adherence to Roblox TOS
All members must adhere to Roblox’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Violations of these rules while acting in the name of the Robloxian Medical Cross shall result in disciplinary action.
6. Team Cooperation
Members shall work collaboratively with others to ensure effective assistance and support. Conflicts within the group must be avoided, and teamwork is to be encouraged in all scenarios.
7. No Discrimination
Discrimination or bias of any kind is strictly prohibited. Members are expected to treat others equally, regardless of their role, status, or background.
8. Use of Emblem and Name
The emblem and name of the Robloxian Medical Cross are to be used respectfully and responsibly. You shall not misuse the group’s identity for personal gain or actions that conflict with its mission.
9. Neutrality
You shall maintain neutrality at all times. Avoid taking sides or expressing personal opinions while performing your duties. You shall act independently and remain impartial in all situations to uphold the integrity of your role.
10. No Roleplay Requirement
Members of the Robloxian Medical Cross are not required to roleplay unless a game requires it.
Title Two: Standards for Work in War and Conflict Areas
War & Conflict Area Standards
1. Neutrality in Conflict
You shall remain neutral in all war and conflict zones. Do not take sides or involve yourself in any fighting, regardless of the situation. Your focus is solely on providing humanitarian aid and assistance to those in need.
2. No Participation in Combat
Under no circumstances are you allowed to engage in combat while operating under the name of the Robloxian Medical Cross. You are a non-combatant, and your actions should reflect that at all times.
3. Self-Defense Protocol
You are permitted to defend yourself, members of your group, non-combatants, and individuals unable to fight. Self-defense must remain minimal, solely aimed at ensuring safety, and must not escalate the situation. You shall not intentionally harm or kill others beyond what is necessary for protection.
4. Providing Aid to All Sides
You shall provide assistance to anyone injured, regardless of their faction, team, or role in the conflict. Discrimination based on allegiance is strictly prohibited. Treat everyone with equal care and respect.
5. Avoidance of Target Areas
To ensure safety, you shall avoid operating directly within active battle zones unless absolutely necessary. Focus on setting up in safer areas where injured players can be brought for aid.
6. Communication and Coordination
Maintain clear communication with other members of the Robloxian Medical Cross and, where possible, with players involved in the conflict.
7. Do Not Escalate Situations
You shall not engage in arguments, provoke players, or take actions that could escalate tensions in the conflict zone. Your role is to reduce harm, not contribute to chaos.
8. Preservation of Group Reputation
In conflict areas, your behavior reflects on the Robloxian Medical Cross as a whole. You shall act respectfully and responsibly to maintain the group’s reputation, even under challenging circumstances.
9. Identify Yourself as a Non-Combatant
Wear clothing and equipment that identifies you as a non-combatant, and never wear combat gear or visible weapons.
10. Threat Response Protocol
If someone or a faction is harming you and threatening you, including verbal threats, cease operations with them. Do not retaliate and come to fight back. Avoid them and continue your operations.
