Section I | The Introduction

The overall purpose of this handbook.

Hello RNH Community,

We, the Presidents of RNH, are writing this introduction about the handbook. As a President to this group, I want to help the RNH community with making this group successful. The handbook has been written by us to cover all the important aspects of the hospital, into one document. These are rules pertaining to Staff, the overall Rank Structure, and much more. As you read down below, remember that these are the OFFICIAL rules and regulations. We will be abiding by this while on shift and while we are in the hospital. I hope you all find these very helpful and please remember to abide by them!

Section II | General Hospital Rules

These rules apply to all Patients that enter the hospital, as well as Guests and Former Staff.

As a Patient, Guest, or Noted Patient in this hospital, we expect that you follow these expectations:

  1. Respect all fellow Staff Members, low or high ranks.
  2. Respect all fellow Patients, Guests, or Retired Staff.
  3. No Trolling allowed in the Hospital.
  4. No Exploitation, Cheating, or anything classified as such.
  5. You are not allowed to freely roam the inside of the hospital unless you are with a Staff Member.
  6. Follow all ROBLOX Community Rules. Those can be referenced here: https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/articles/203313410-Roblox-Community-Rules
  7. Do not ask for the advancement of an application if you are applying/interviewing for a position. Be patient and wait.
  8. Keep everything in our group games child-friendly.
  9. Have fun and enjoy your time at the Robloxian Northwest Hospital!
  10. Any violation of these rules will result in disciplinary action. Contact an SHR if you have any questions about these rules

Section II | Staff Rules

These rules apply to all Staff that work anywhere in our games. This includes Low Ranks, Middle Ranks, High Ranks, and Super High Ranks.

As a Staff Member in this hospital, we expect that you follow these expectations:

  1. Respect all fellow Staff Members, low or high ranks.
  2. Respect all fellow Patients, Guests, or Retired Staff.
  3. No Trolling allowed in the Hospital.
  4. No Exploitation, Cheating, or anything classified as such.
  5. No attempt of bribery or any sort of advancement of your rank.
  6. Follow all ROBLOX Community Rules. Those can be referenced here: https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/articles/203313410-Roblox-Community-Rules
  7. Uniforms must be worn at all times while on shift. Free Uniforms are in the hospital, training center, and interview center. Socks are allowed to be worn with uniforms.
  8. Staff must work where their rank is assigned. No moving around to different positions. (Example: Receptionist working Surgery)
  9. Must remain ACTIVE and LOYAL to the group. Activity is crucial for hospital success.
  10. Must keep open communication between ranks. We want to see more communication brought forth so that the RNH Staff can stay in tune to what is going on.
  11. Expected to work professionally and maturely while on shift.
  12. Expected to promote an overall positive environment with Patients and Staff.
  13. Required to listen to superiors (all higher ups) when given instruction.
  14. Highly recommended to join the Discord Server. Code is in the Group Resources section of this Handbook.
  15. If you catch anyone violating these rules, contact a SHR.
  16. Anything violated from this section will involve reference to the Suspension Policy.
  17. No admin abuse at any time. Admin abuse can only be approved by a Director or President if permitted.

Section II | High Rank Rules

These rules apply to all High Ranking Staff that work anywhere in our games. This includes High and Super High Ranks.

  1. Abide by and adhere to all the Staff Rules listed above.
  2. Be a Role Model to the Staff and Patients. You have been entrusted to guide the Staff to success.
  3. Be ACTIVE and LOYAL. We want the best of our High Ranks and we recommend that you are always online, active, and working.
  4. Be a Leader. We want all of our High Ranks to truly take initiative as leaders. Whether you’re in the Interview Center, Training Center, or the Hospital, we always want you to take the extra step forward and be a leader for the Lower Staff to follow.
  5. Make the right decisions. We trust in your judgement to truly make the right decisions as a High Rank. Whether that be Promotions, Demotions/Suspensions, Usage of Admin, etc.
  6. Be everywhere. We want you to be helping all our Staff who want to learn more or need assistance. Whether that’s in Check-Ups, Trainings, Surgery, etc.
  7. Make a difference. We truly want you to show RNH why you are truly an HR. Everyone wants the best from you.
  8. Pass the HR Board Examination. We want to ensure that you are aware of what is to come as an HR or SHR in the future.
  9. If you ever change your ROBLOX Username, Notify a Developer ASAP to change certain things regarding scripts and stuff.

Section III | Staff Ranks + Roles

These are roles that give clarification to each and every rank.

Low Ranks

  • [1] Patient | Guests who need to be treated, Future Staff Applicants
  • [X] Suspended | Punishment Rank for People who violate Rules
  • [!] Noted Patient | Person who is a retired staff or a honorary member of RNH. Also for Allied Representatives of a group that we are partnered with.
  • [2] Receptionist | Work the Front Desk, Give Appointment Cards to Patients, Take Patients to correct location and get the appropriate rank to deal with their situation
  • [3] Nurse Practitioner | Work around the Hospital except ICU, MRI, Post-Op, and OR. Can perform Childbirth in the Nursery, Can perform Check-Ups & X-Rays on Patients, Can Work Reception, Can assist Lower Ranks
  • [4] Technician | Work around the Hospital except ICU, MRI, Post-Op, and OR. Can perform Childbirth in the Nursery, Can perform Check-Ups & X-Rays on Patients, Can Work Reception, Can assist Lower Ranks
  • [5] Physician | Work around the Hospital except OR. Can deal with patients in Intensive Care, Can moderate patients recovering from Surgery in Post-Op, Can perform Childbirth, X-Rays, Check-Ups, and MRIs on Patients, Can work Reception, Can assist Lower Ranks.
  • [6] Surgeon | Work around the Hospital. Can perform any medical Surgery in the Operating Rooms, Can deal with patients in Intensive Care, Can moderate patients recovering from Surgery in Post-Op, Can perform Childbirth, X-Rays, Check-Ups, and MRIs on Patients, Can work Reception, Can assist Lower Ranks.

Middle Ranks

  • [7] Allied Health Professional | Can Perform any LR Tasks, Leading Person in any [5] Physician and below operations
  • [8] Clinical Nurse Specialist | Can Perform any LR Tasks, Leading Person in any [5] Physician and below operations
  • [9] Research Data Specialist | Can Perform any LR Tasks, Leading person in any [LR] Surgeon and below operations
  • [10] Lead Pharmacy Technician | Can Perform any LR Tasks, Leading person in any [LR] Surgeon and below operations

High Ranks

  • [H] HR In Training | Required to pass the HR Board Examination before becoming an HR. People who are training to become an HR in RNH.
  • [11] Shift Supervisor | Can Perform any Hospital Tasks, Oversees the Higher Rank Staff, Granted MOD permission, Allowed to be Trainer, Interviewer, Co-Host, or Host. Must handle any problems in the Hospital and Group
  • [12] Staff Management Team | Can Perform any Hospital Tasks, Oversees the Higher Rank Staff, Granted MOD permission, Allowed to be Trainer, Interviewer, Co-Host, or Host. Must handle any problems in the Hospital and Group
  • [13] Chief Medical Officer | Can Perform any Hospital Tasks, Oversees the Middle Rank Staff, Granted MOD permission, Allowed to be Trainer, Interviewer, Co-Host, or Host. Must handle any problems in the Hospital and Group
  • [14] Medical Board | Can Perform any Hospital Tasks, Oversees the Middle Rank Staff, Granted MOD permission, Allowed to be Trainer, Interviewer, Co-Host, or Host. Must handle any problems in the Hospital and Group
  • [15] Department Head | Head/Leader of an RNH Sub-Group (Example: Security, Residency, Moderation, and Medical College),Can Perform any Hospital Tasks, Oversees the Middle Rank Staff, Granted MOD permission, Allowed to be Trainer, Interviewer, Co-Host, or Host. Must handle any problems in the Hospital and Group

Super High Ranks

  • (-) Executive Assistant | Assistants to an Administration Member in RNH, Tasked with assisting the Administration Member with Duties and Various Tasks, Granted ADMIN permission
  • [-] Executive Administration | Co-Operators of the group, Hold Certain Duties & Responsibilities with Regard to Group Management, Granted ADMIN permission
  • [+] Executive Director | Operators of the group, Manages overall Operations of the Group & Administration, Gives Second Highest Command/Authority, Granted OWNER permission
  • {+} President | Overseers to all the Group, Head Oversight to overall Operations of the Group & Administration, Gives Highest Command/Authority, Granted CREATOR permission

Section IV | Suspension Policy

The policy on how punishments are handled in RNH.

RNH Suspensions are handled & administered by the Head of Discipline in RNH. They will determine what Class the suspension falls under as well as category. They will suspend in accordance with their judgement on the severity of such. The Executive Directors or Presidents have the right to interject if necessary. All suspensions are final. The only way to appeal a suspension is to contact the Head of Discipline to arrange a court hearing regarding your case. All Minor and Major Offenses are allowed to be repealed. Bannable Offenses will not be allowed to be repealed unless given valid proof.

Class I | Minor Offense – 1-7 Days

  • First-Time/Small Offenses
    • Admin Abuse, Drama, Using banned words, Disrespect to any rank, Any minor handbook rule that gets violated

Class II | Major Offense – 2-5 Weeks

  • Repeated/Average Offenses
    • Admin Abuse, Drama, Using banned words, Verbal Assault, Abuse of Power, Any major handbook rule that gets violated

Class III | Bannable Offense – 1 Month-Life

  • Constant/Severe Offenses
    • Admin Abuse, Drama, Breaking ROBLOX Code of Conduct, Breaking a Handbook Rule, Exploiting, Bribery, Verbal Assault, Abuse of Power, Enemy Group Affiliation, Any major handbook rule that gets violated

Section IV | How to Submit a Suspension Complaint

The process to submit a Suspension Complaint.

  • Submit a suspension complaint to :teddy_bear:-:arrow_right:-suspension-logs channel in the RNH Discord.
  • Head of Discipline reviews the channel daily for any new information on a suspension complaint.
  • The Head of Discipline will contact you on whether or not it is a suspendable offense and the length that will be given.
  • If the Suspension Complaint is regarding an SHR, Submit to a President (Andyysace or Cheqshire)
  • If you are trying to repeal a suspension given to you, contact the Head of Discipline via Discord or ROBLOX DM.

Section V | Retire & Return Policy

The Policy of retiring from RNH and Returning back if choosing to do so.

RNH understands that people will want to retire at some point. If people choose to retire, they have the option to be demoted down to a [!] Noted Patient position or just [1] Patient. Let a [-] Executive Administration+ know which you would prefer and if you are choosing to retire. If you ever retire, RNH truly appreciates your hard work and service you have given to the group and we thank you for the support.

With regards to returning, a Retired Staff may return only ONE time. If they were a LR or MR Rank, they may go back to that rank respectfully. If the person returning was an HR or SHR, they will be required to pass the HR Board Examination test again and start from the lowest HR rank and work their way up again. Nobody else will be allowed for a second return. Only once.

Section VII | HR In Training Board Certification Program

The description and information about the Certification Program.

The RNH HR In Training Board Certification Program is the program that an Middle Rank needs to go through to transition into a High Rank. This program is used to train the MRs into becoming proper HRs for RNH. The course requires a lot of learning and mental thought when going through it. The course will cover individual chapters that will have notes and a quiz to take. All quizzes are open notes and can be completed at any time. We do not rush the entire program or the people who are a part of it. You will be kicked out of the program, however if you have shown a lack of interest or inactivity in the program. The sooner you complete the program, the sooner you will become an HR and start working your way back up. We wish you all the best of luck!
