This looks awesome but the reindeer look dead, maybe add a little motion to its legs.

Maybe its head too. Then it would look even better
I was thinking about making an animation to make the scene look more alive.

It looks great! But the deer’s tail looked a bit weird.

That is really cool but I do agree the tail needs to be a bit more defined and possibly the reins? white rope going from the deer to Santa just a bit thinner. Amazingly nice though.
I kinda feel like the head should be a bit bigger, and also the tail looks a bit weird, but other than that, it is great 
I know the deer’s tail looks quite weird but if I put it another way it could be strange to see.
I will see what I can do about it
I suggest making the tail a bit longer and shorter, here is an image of what a deer’s tail shoud look like.
