Roblox's hilariously bad shadow system

Hi guys, I have reasons to believe that is a bug but I can’t post in Bugs report so I post it here so if any beautiful human happen to be able to fix this issue it would be amazing.
The issue

As you guys can see the issue of the picture above is that the shadow literally looks so off. It suppose to start at the edge not 2 light years away.
A deeper look

This might be the reason why, because Roblox calculate the shadow so off for some reason. I want my shadows to look sharps, correct and realistic but this is just giving it away so bad. Hope this is fix in short future because :(. Thanks for reading, have a good day y’all!

If you aren’t, use shadow softness 0.1 with future lighting. Try reporting this as a bug if this is a big problem.

Lighting settings could help, if you showed us it.

II forgot to post the Lighting things. So here:

However, the problems keep on unfolding itself. In the pictures that I posted above, I was using spotlight to demonstrate the situation, why am I mentioning this? Well because fun fact shadow softness properties only relevant and can only be use to change shadows that was casted by sunlight/moonlight. The utilization of shadow softness in this case is inappropriate and irrelevant. That’s not all when you disable CastShadow in your baseplate or Terrain (theoretically), the situation becomes even worse!

Despite all of this, I still have yet to mention the pixelated features, the weird line features and misshapen shadows.

I agree Roblox shadows are really weird and a lot of time they make my indoor builds look ugly/ weird : / like your second photo, the shadows are messed up, and it’s hard to make a room dark because light leaches in even if the walls are thick and large, no matter what shader I use ;(

Example : for some reason light is leaching into the room even though there is a solid wall here
