I am aware that this isn’t in the correct category, but there is nothing else I can do as my main account that I had used for everything was terminated and I have still not received a proper explanation as to why.
at 6PM (GMT+9:30), my account “xeromodeus” was terminated for violating Roblox’s Community Standards, “Real-World Sensitive Events” on from an experience published back in October 13, 2025. The game was uploaded and was never updated since then, meaning I have not touched it, even now.
Upon finding out my account was terminated, I had ran straight to support in hopes that I would get an explanation to as of why this has occured. The first ticket was a complete fluke; they responded quickly just for the game link which I had gotten wrong as I was not told it was an experience. After giving them the link, they got back to me 3 hours later to tell me that my appeal has been rejected and will no longer be checking messages onward. I was essentially forced to create a new ticket.
After creating a new ticket (and learning that the moderated asset was an experience), I had asked specifically for details on how the experience violates their Community Standards, what version had violated such policies, and asking if my account could be reinstated so I can correct my accidental violation. I got a response back to where they flat out didn’t explain a single thing.
I am still attempting to ask them if they can explain it, and why my account from 2 warnings went straight to termination. Considering how moderation has been recently, I have a feeling I will have no luck on getting any sort of explanation unless it is made public.
If you guys could make this topic known to other creators as I don’t have any sort of presence on social media I would definitely appreciate it. I would take any help I can possibly get. Thank you.
