Hi all! (I know I have probably used the wrong tags… couldn’t find one that fits in with this.)
As many people have said, roblox’s new copyright rules are unclear and misleading.
I have a few questions: Can I still use company logos but change the name. For example: Use the Aldi logo (The letter A)but rename the building to ALDO. What are the do’s and don’ts of this?

Ah okay, well I can help with the basics. Each company is unique, if they’re logos, brands or products are copyrighted you cannot use them for personal gain. The example you gave would be fine as long as you don’t replace their name in their logo with yours.
Even if you still use a part of the company’s logo with a different name, they could still issue a takedown request. My recommendation is that you make it yourself, with differences to the original.
