Roblox's Windows app is unable to render certain symbols for Window title on Web frontends (& renders as _)

When you go on a Web frontend on the Roblox Windows app, you may see _ rendered instead of &. This is consistent behavior happening 100% of the time and it was attempted on 2 different devices. This only happens on the Roblox Direct Download version of Roblox and does not happen on the Microsoft Store version.
