Where did Roblox announce this?

This was first mentioned here, unsure why it took so long to implement if so, but 30-days certainly isn’t too far-fatched according to this.

We also have a 30-day escrow hold for each purchase where Roblox holds the commission from the sale of your items for 30 days starting from the date of sale.
