"Robux credit pending", how can I tell what the item is?

Hello, so I just got this message from Roblox entitled: “Robux credit pending, please review and accept the agreement.” It then leads to an agreement that says that you promise that the item is not something created by you and stuff. But it doesn’t say what the item of the name is… How am I supposed to know if I created it if I don’t know what it is? This is awfully confusing. I hope someone can help me because apparently the consequence is termination of your account. What do I do?

The text body says:

"Hello!

Your account is eligible for Robux credit for the items you purchased that can no longer be worn by your avatar.
To receive the credit please review and accept the terms of the: [Agreement]
We apologize for any inconvenience.

Sincerely, The Roblox Team"

And it’s from the Verified Roblox account.

from research, its if you bought something, and it got deleted, you get this message

Unless you abused the system and bought your own avatar item from another account, you should be fine

I’ve made t-shirts and shirts before but that was years ago. Also this message is given to you if any purchased item is taken down because it’s against the rules or something. I got it before and I think I agreed to it or something and got robux although I have no clue where I got it from or what item. Very confusing.

Yes, but is there a way for me to see what items that were deleted? I don’t understand how am I supposed to know if I made it or not if I can’t see any of its information…

Have you bought a lot of items? if so, it could be easy to find, but if not, there probably isnt a way, not that i can find

That’s not really answering my question, but yes.

Well then, I just hope Roblox doesn’t make me refund my own items. There’s literally no way to see. This would be the worst ban ever.

I’ve received this same notification in my PM’s yesterday. I was doing research in attempt to finding out what the item was, no luck.

Best thing to do is wait, and enjoy the funds.

Yeah, I guess. It’s really weird that they don’t tell you what the item is and expect you to know if you made it at the same time… a slippery slope. I am not pressing “agree” on this again just to be safe. Hopefully it’s not some horribly made t-shirt made by me.

Hey that’s where the fun starts lol, not knowing what it is. I don’t mind a few tax-free robux ;3

Yeah I guess i’ll just ignore the messages… my account is worth more than a few hundred robux. I don’t like to play much with luck because I usually have very bad luck. But hey go for it if you want some free robux.

Same happened this private message sent when I create one of the first public clothing sets apparently.

Does it okay if I will save my accc longer? (I purchased some of the items)
