Robux Revenue graphs have constantly had their issues, such as a couple of days ago where Revenue was either overcalculated or significantly undercalculated. (Statistics are important, they should be reliable!)
However, here’s a bug that’s been going on for months.
The bug I am reporting is where Robux revenue (per day) graphs “jump” up or down when the Refresh button is hit, making Robux revenue graphs unreliable as they either show the exact amount of Robux made, or too little Robux made. In order to get around this, I keep track of the revenue for today for 5 “refresh page” times and determine the highest point to be the amount of robux made so far in the day.
Only after midnight will the chart be “locked” to its actual sum of Robux made that day, resulting in the only time where it’s reliable.
For example, here’s a graph where the total somehow is below each individual age group (what the heck??).
Refreshing the page gets me this (let’s take this as 10k Robux):
2nd Refresh gets me lower than the 1st refresh so we know this is unreliable data:
(5 refreshes later)
and FINALLY we are to the correct data:
If I need to check the Robux amount later in the day, the process repeats to find the “reliable” line.
I don’t know if I’m the only one experiencing this or what’s causing it, but please make it so that each time I go to the revenue charts, it’s always reliable at any given point in time.
