ROBUX stuck on pending since November 23rd from limited item sale

I sold a limited item on November 23rd of last year. Usually, Robux will finish pending after exactly one week. In this case, it has still not finished pending. I’ve talked with another user who has the same problem for the same date.

My theory is that this could be due to the date of the sale. Roblox ran the first catalog sale in years starting on that date, and doubtlessly there was a large influx in limited item sales that day. Perhaps that caused a backlog. Sales have been gone since before holding periods were introduced, so it could have been the highest volume of limited item sales in years, a volume the holding period system had never handled before. Just a theory though, I obviously don’t know definitively.

I’ve checked our records, and it looks like the hold on that transaction was released successfully around November 30th, 2024. You should have received 2553 Robux in your account.

Hiya, I’m having the same issue, same date and everything.

I’ve had this happen multiple times. You get the Robux as usual after a week but the pending symbol stays there.

Didn’t happen for me, I never recieved my Robux for the sale of my item.
