Robux UI stuck in position when it isn't suppose to

This bug happened to me 2 days ago, but seems like there’s no report about it, so I decided to make one.

The bug occur when you scroll up or down while Robux UI is still opening.

When you open click Robux UI, nothing happen:

but when you start scrolling up or down, the UI moves with background:

Title was changed slightly to avoid mislead.

Additionally, this also impacts the “dropbox” UI on the settings as well. It does not follow the topbar unlike the notification stream UI.
