RoCamping - Open-World Adventure Game!

Hello I am @NamelessGuy2005 , I have been scripting on Roblox for 3 years now and recently my studio (Nameless Game Studio) have begun making our first major project! May I introduce to you… RoCamping - A third-person semi-realistic open-world adventure game based around extreme camping! Place down your shelter, gather resources, upgrade your shelter, journey down vast cave systems! We also have custom music to give our game more identity.

I like the compositions. They sound great! The game icon also looks pretty good. For the black inner of the logo, I think it’s a bit too much. I would make that bit reduced in size. I would also have the campfire icon moved slightly more to the right so it looks like it is in the middle. Like right at the middle point of the rendered avatar shirt.


The models look good too. For the UI, I would use colors such as brown or other colors like blue and not just have the colors as white and gray. I would suggest you use brighter colors instead of darker colors.

I would additionally suggest you have the scrolling bar at the right of the scrolling frame of the crafting UI and not at the left. Having the scrolling bar on the right is better in UX while having the scroll bar at the left isn’t that great when it comes to user experience (UX).

My second to last suggestion on the UI is that you should change the font as the current font isn’t too great in my opinion. The “X” text seems fine with that font, but as for the other text, not so much. So, maybe changing to a font in the Source Sans family or the Gotham family would make the text look better.

My last suggestion is that you shouldn’t have the inventory bar so big. Make it smaller and you could add a next button so the users can see what else they have in their inventory, or you could even make a way where users can view everything there is in the user’s inventory I would make the books for 2/2 and those other small frames on the items a bit smaller. As well as the 21/25 frame - make this frame smaller as well. You could even take off those frames and just have the text on the object frame holders.


Overall, your game looks pretty good so far. With some more work done, your game will look even better. Great work so far! :+1:

Personally, I don’t like the icon. It’s way too generic, I don’t really get a feel of what the game looks or plays like (Is it a story game? A singleplayer game? An adventure game?). I like y’alls logo, but I think maybe a render of a couple people camping would be nice.
