You can’t mention Discord inside a Roblox game.
Otherwise, cool service for cafe and hotel groups.
We’ve been made aware about issues in the codebase. We aim to build a next generation of hiring with a web application in vue.js. The current codebase is too unmaintainable to continue with that.
That’s right, we’re looking into possibilities to validate text inputs at the server. We might implement a Machine Learning-based system to determine if sentences are either inappropriate, spam or asking too much information.
It’s unfortunate that Roblox doesn’t have an official filtering API for projects related to Roblox, but outside the borders of a “game environment”. Possibly we can go with an unofficial way.
Is this still being worked on?
Yes and no. BloxTech (https://bloxtech.tech) acquired RocketApps in January and we’ve been working very hard on a third version of our BloxTech application system which will be based on the technology that RocketApps uses.
(Hence why we acquired them)
BloxTech v3 will be the successor to RocketApps & BloxTech v2. It will have staff activity tracking, hiring systems, inactivity notices, and some other very cool features I cannot disclose yet as we don’t want other competitors to be quicker than us with developing it.
We know it’s taking a pretty long time to develop v3 (a lot longer than we expected ourself) but we hope you’ll stick with us! We’re working very hard on getting it done, but it’s just so packed with features that it takes a while to develop with a small team.
Let me know if you have any more questions!
More information regarding us acquiring RocketApps
Rocket apps has been great but the center is not loading today. Why?
I 100% agree with this as it would save a lot of time.
This application service looks pretty good. I am working on a new Cafe game on Roblox and I will be needing an application center pretty soon. I know they’re a lot of options out there for application services on Roblox and I am not sure what one is the best or what one I should go with… What makes this application service better than others?
This system is no longer operational, do not use it. They’ve yet to update their system.
Oh alright, thank you for letting me know. Do you have any recommendations that are free?
Thanks for letting me know. The website looks nice and it seems like it would be good for my cafe so I will definitely be using it!
Just so everyone here knows. The system still works but is not owned by this guy, it is owned by bloxtech now.
@chrisfs123 Incorrect.
Bloxtech owns RocketApps now. The Creator of RocketApps now runs ReAdmin, which is under Bloxlink.
Oh yea my bad just fixed my post.
The website looks nice. What is it written in?
Hmm, I was looking for an application center for my group and I cannot say I am impressed.
The website is confusing, the sign-up is very slow and I needed over 30 minutes of digging within the verification page to actually verify my account. Following that, I was bombarded with a massive amount of random buttons, with little to no explanation.
The team-center-application-section grouping is very unnecessary and very confusing, and I needed over 30+ minutes to actually figure out how to make an application.
Generally, this application service is very confusing and I cannot say I am impressed. Multiple bugs, no save buttons, hard to share and actually find a way to spread your team to others. I am very sad to see this.
I believe better clarification, redesign and user experience work on the website is needed.
Final advice? Go for something else, unless you are willing to work a LOT to get your team working properly.
(EDIT: After some more digging, I’ve found BloxTech Application Centre, which works much better as it’s the main project of BloxTech! I recommend you to check it out if you see this!)
it was good but it went really really down hill tbh,
Yes sadly.
I’ve seen many application/management systems sadly not work anymore.
Take for example Hyra, that was the first system that drew my attention and got me into the hunt for a good management/application hub.
I truly saddens me that most of these very promising apps are going downhill.
I do though, still wait for one that does work well!
