Roleplaying Experience

Hey roblox roleplayers–

I am making a game that involves both minigames and roleplay. The setting is a camp, where you do volleyball/swimming/etc. You can choose a cabin as well so cabins as a whole can win weekly chalenges and things like that. I think minigames are pretty straight-forward and I’ve thought about it a lot already. However, my question is on the roleplay side. What features/adjustments can I add to make the game fun for roleplayers? What should I avoid that is irritating to a roleplayer?

I’ve already had a few suggestions made, feedback on these suggestions as well would be useful.

Add colored chat bubbles. Pastel/black + white will be free, other colors require a gamepass

Give us custom asset IDs and the ability to retexture items.

Count trolling as a bannable offense.

Ban or kick ‘Mary Sues’; they are triggering to roleplayers like me. (that seems a touch extreme)

Give us sitting animation choices. I want to be able to sit slouchy, or nervously, or be half-dead inside, ok! We have so many other choices in the roblox catalogue. Give us sitting animation! (is this really as called for as she says…?)

Eating animations are roleplaying gold. Especially if your character doesn’t smack himself in the forehead doing it.

Anyway, my big question is just what can I do to make the roleplaying experience better?

You can add an avatar editor, you can also add a bunch of gamepasses that give the player that bought the gamepass either special abilities, looks, or tools.

I suggest adding more assets that are customizable such as avatar editor as mentioned or perhaps a cabin customizer that allows players to customize the furniture and whatnot similar to Bloxburg. Roleplayers usually work with what they get and draw from their own creativity; providing tools for that creativity is usually what attracts them to games such as these.
