I see.
I imagine it will eventually be costly to keep adding more and more games to the site. Do you anticipate a process whereby you periodically remove the least views or least popular games from the site?

Yes we do remove games and we have a few options when we do this
-Remove the game and all of the data, this removes all records of the game from the website
-Disable data collection (game is no longer discoverable on the website, however all of the data already collected is still accessible with direct link, no further data will be collected though)
Games we might remove are along the lines of:
-Seasonal/event games (think of the bloxy award stage)
-Games that no longer get played, and has no active development updating the game.
-Games removed when they get moderated on the website etc (Content deleted indefinitely)
We’ve added a Request Game page describing how to make a request for a game to be added to Rolimon’s analytics.
We got feedback that many people weren’t aware they could make requests for their game to be added and we realized we had no messaging about this on the site, so we added this page to address that.
Also @Webspace thanks for your questions and I just wanted to confirm that what our developer community discord manager @WhoseTrade said is correct. I should also add that we intend to only remove/disable games from the site in rare circumstances, and that as the popularity of our analytics features grow we should be able to continue increasing the number of games we can track.
Would it be possible to add “Top Earning” to the filter?
Yes actually we could add a sort for estimated top earnings, however it would only be based on gamepass sales and not dev product sales since we can’t access dev product sale stats.
One potential complication with introducing that sort is that gamepass prices can be changed by the game developer(s). This could lead to misleading revenue estimations, especially of the gamepass prices were changed significantly from the price they were during the majority of their sales. Perhaps one way we could reduce the potential for inaccuracy or outright abuse of this is to just base the earnings on the past week or so.
I think overall it could be a nice feature to add, thanks for bringing it up. It’ll probably just require a little more thought to make sure it’s implemented as accurately as we can manage, and we’ll need to put some proper disclaimers on the site along with it so users understand its limitations.
As it turns out, Roblox disabled public visibility of gamepass sales (at least for now), as @Seranok confirms in This Thread created by @Evercyan
This means we won’t be able to add a Top Earning filter for games anymore unfortunately.
We recently released an update to Rolimon’s to work around this change as best we could. We modified our gamepass Daily Sales charts and Revenue charts to only show data acquired before the change, and to be hidden by default until the user clicks the Legacy Sales Charts button.
As is mentioned in the above thread, perhaps Roblox will allow game owners to optionally share gamepass revenue stats in the future. If so, it’s likely game owners can add our data acquisition bot and the data will once again show up in our gamepass sales charts.
