Additions

  • Stream Moderators: :shield:
    • You can add Moderators in the Users > Moderators menu
    • Enter a Full Username and press the + button to add a moderator
    • Thereā€™s multiple permissions that you can give them
    • Moderators that have at least 1 Permission will not be kickable and will have a :shield: chat tag in your streams

    • Added Mobile Support (use the thumbstick to fly around)
    • Toggle Button is shown when the Effect is activated
    • UI and Mouse Cursor now donā€™t hide when using the Freecam
  • Stream Settings now save :floppy_disk:
  • Updated 4 Maps :map:
  • Like & Follow Effect now doesnā€™t display the alert if the viewer has already liked/followed the stream(er) :hearts:
  • Changed the Badge Order on the RoLive Game Page :medal:

Fixes

  • Streamer camera field of view is now shown for the viewers :camera:
  • Removed some weird clown tag appearing for some people :x:

Edit

  • Fixed accidental change of Touch Movement Mode. It should be back to User Choice in new streams!
  • Updated RoLiveā€™s game description to include new credits

Updated RoLive Map Creation Kit (January 6th 2025)

  • Rewritten ā€œREAD MEā€ (make sure to read again)
  • Added a default SpawnLocation
  • Added ā€œSpawnBuxCollectiblesā€ setting (default: true)
  • Added ā€œMapUIā€ ScreenGui in settings (used for making map ui, duh)
  • Added ā€œServerStorageā€ and ā€œReplicatedStorageā€ folders

Giant RoLive Update - Part 2! :tada: (February 23rd 2025)

This update is mostly made by Uygi as I didnā€™t have time to finish my stuff.
I will already say that there will be a Part 3 (and maybe 4) of this Giant RoLive Update

Additions

  • For You Page: :heart:
    • Uses an Algorithm to recommend Streams based on your Watch History
    • You need to watch at least 5 Streams for the Personalized Stream Recommendations
  • Watch History: :eye:
    • You can view it in the hub
    • If you want, you can clear it and it will also reset the Personalized Recommendations
      Note: Clearing the Watch History will also reset the badge progress for Joining Stream badges
  • Short In-Game Update Log Pop-up: :newspaper:
    • Shows up only once, when you join a new update
  • Delete button for Donations in the hub :x:

I donā€™t know when Giant Update Part 3 will release, so for now you guys will get a smaller update.

This is an update to the RoLive Map Creation Kit found here:

Additions

  • ā€œMaterialsā€ folder for storing custom MaterialVariants
  • ā€œScripting Examplesā€ script that can help you understand some of the Scripting Instructions
    • Keep in mind though that to understand these, you need some scripting knowledge
  • 6 New Scripting Examples:
    • Getting the Map Model
    • Checking whoā€™s the Streamer
    • Checking if a Player is in the stream
    • Properly using PlayerAdded event
    • Using map ServerStorage and ReplicatedStorage
    • Filtering Text
  • 4 New Rules (make sure to read ā€œREAD MEā€ again!)

Remote Map Loading System (March 22nd 2025)

This is an update to RoLive that changes how maps are loaded into the game internally.
The new system will allow me to add maps to RoLive without having to update the game itself, which is very good!

If you ever find issues with map loading in new streams, then make sure to report them to me.

NEW Rolive Update!! (April 1st 2025)

New stuff

  • Some new chat tags for everyone! (because people really wanted them) :sparkles:
  • New service tunnels default map :map:
    • Locate an NPC in there and complete the quest to get :sparkles: VERIFIED :sparkles: (available for only 1 day)
    • If youā€™re already verified then you can get DOUBLE VERIFIED :ballot_box_with_check::white_check_mark: for completing the quest
  • 5 new limited time badges :medal:
  • Added pause button for the streamer that is definetely not an edited copy of another button :pause_button:

RoLive Update is here! (April 5th 2025)

There is not much here, but weā€™re working on bigger things.

:pause_button: Pause Stream

You can now pause the stream and show your viewers a message. You can customize the message if you have the VIP Gamepass.

:handshake: Possible Collaborations

Weā€™re planning to get in contact with some influencers, either YouTubers or streamers. More details are coming soonā€¦
