Reputation
Reputation is earned by playing and finishing a game. Finishing counts as either winning the game or going bankrupt. Leaving mid-game before either of those happen will cause you to lose reputation.

Objective
Become the wealthiest player by obtaining properties, placing buildings on them, and forcing players into Bankruptcy by charging them rent.

Setup
Each player starts off with 1,500 Bux.

Gameplay
Roll the dice to determine the number of spaces you move. Depending on the space you may purchase it, owe rent for landing on it, pay taxes, go to jail, or draw a card from Community Chest or Chance.

Go
When passing Go you earn 200 Bux. You only earn 200 Bux for passing go, not landing on it.

Buying Properties
You may be presented with the option to purchase a property when you land on it, if it is unowned. If you do not decide to purchase the property it will go up for auction and other players, including yourself, may bid on it.

Paying Rent
When you land on a property that is owned by another player, you pay them rent.

If the property is mortgaged then the owner does not collect rent for that property.

If all properties of the same set are owned, the rent for those properties is doubled.

Building Houses or Hotels on your properties causes the cost of rent to increase significantly.

Chance and Community Chest
Landing on either of these spaces will draw a card from their respective deck. You will receive a random card and must do what the card states.

Jail
You can be sent to jail by rolling doubles 3 times in a row, landing on the “Go To Jail” space, or by drawing a “Go To Jail” card. When going to jail you do not pass GO and do not collect 200 Bux.

You can get out of jail by paying the fee, rolling doubles, waiting 3 turns, or using a “Get out of Jail Free” card.

Houses and Hotels
Houses and hotels can be built on properties where a person owns every property from that group.

Houses must be built evenly amongst all the properties. For example, you cannot have 3 houses on 1 property and only 1 house on another property in the same group. The same rule applies for selling houses. When selling a building back to the bank you only earn back half of what you paid for it.

Hotels can be built once a property has 4 houses on it. Only 1 Hotel can be on a property at a time.

Trading/Selling Properties
Properties and other assets can be traded to other players however you see fit.

However, properties cannot be sold if they have and Hotels or Houses on them.

Mortgage
If you are in need of some quick cash, you may mortgage a property. To mortgage a property there must be no houses or hotels on the property. When mortgaged, you do not collect rent on that property.

To un-mortgage a property you must pay a 10% tax to the Bank.

Bankrupt
You are bankrupt when you can not afford any fees you must pay.

If you go bankrupt to the bank, all your properties are auctioned.

If you go bankrupt to another player, all your properties are transferred to them.

When going bankrupt, you will be unable to trade or borrow money from other players. The only way you can obtain money is by selling houses or hotels, and mortgaging properties.
