RooM Trailer 4, tech showcase!

A lot changed since the last major version of this game. For developers modding the Room engine, they will have much more tools for weapon capabilities, adding demons, and the new capability of non-living sprite-rendered objects such as vehicles or decorations. Explosives were overhauled with barrels being able to have chain reactions, fighter jets, gibs, and rocket jumping!
It can handle hundreds of sprite entities at a time without lag problems, multiplayer with third-person toggling has been functional, and lotsss of time went into making this as good as it can be. Teams can be easily set up, with the player sprite color and chat color reflecting the team color.
I have lotss of pre-made sprite tables for Actor sprites that modders will be able to put to use in the creation of their own entities. I do plan on open-sourcing this toolkit eventually and seeing what retro-style games people make.

A game taking this engine to the next level and using a completely different art style is in the works too! (:

Good as always, @PoptartNoahh!!

I really love seeing you push the engine to something outside of the initial scope of it!

Thanks!! I really wanna get more into the whole tool/sdk-making thing

This is litterly… Great! I have been wandering around Roblox for quite some time now to find a game like this…

I do truly love how you push the Roblox’s game engine limits, this is like “DOOM” except… Not from the '90’s. Not really Doom, but simular in terms of how it looks to me.

All jokes and such aside, amazing work. Keep it up!
