The video basically explains it all with the part the rope constraint is attached to is bouncing slightly whenever the rope stretches. Why?
I guess it could be because of the rope stretching and returning to its lenght really fast, or maybe because of the position of where you attached it.
You can try changing that attachement to the middle of the part, or you can try to change the CustomPhysicalProperties and put elasticity to 0
its because the part is colliding with something. try making the green thing not collidable. if that doesnt work then maybe make the white part frictionless
Both of your solutions dont give a great output but do help slighly. Also the attachment being so low is because the player clicks where they want it.
The green part is already CanCollide false. And Custom Properties seem to not affect the physics alot.
can i see the properties inside the rope constraint? thanks
I’m not at my computer rn but I can tell you that no properties are changed besides the attachments of course.
ive been testing different properties and solutions. i think it’s just a roblox issue. to be honest it doesnt take away from your games experience. continue development and your game will come together nicely. i used to worry about little bugs like these, but ive learnt than you should worry about them later.
You know what yeah I’ll just leave they for now and just work on it more. Thanks man
