Rotation Axis isn't the same orientation as my part (Global vs Local)

I haven’t been on Studio in about 2 weeks. I come back to the rotation tool not working correctly (See photo below).

I’m not sure what is causing it to do this? The orientation is correct, so it is not the orientation. The rotation is not lining up with the orientation of the part but remains level according to the global setting (0,0,0).

Can anyone help me with fixing this issue?

UPDATE: The move tool has this same issue.

just press CTRL+L this is a feature as is used for local and global editing i personally use this alot
