Rthro Rig Builder Option

With the new Rthro avatar options, I feel we should have a Rthro rig import option in the Rig Builder plugin, in addition to the Block/Mesh/Man/Woman rigs.

This would allow us to easily create and test animations with an Rthro rig, to ensure quality.

You can use my animation editor, here, to insert the anthro rig for use in my editor, or the current Roblox one until Rthro is added in as an option to the default editor.
