Welcome to Ruby Airlines! We are a medium-cost airline based off of the coast of Turkey flying in and out to almost everywhere in the world! We offer a high deluxe passenger experience with some of the top-notch technology and assets of ro-aviation including our staff team.

Trainee

These are the rookies! Congrats, you passed a rigorous application or interview and are now set to go to training. Will you make it through training though? All trainings are different for each rank.

Tasks

  • Attend training for your desired rank and pass.

Expectations

  • Not trying to begin working before training.
  • Learn as much as possible.
  • Never give up!

Ground Crew

These are the guys who stay on the ground the entire flight. They are expected to be ready to go and have everything prepared on time.

Tasks

  • Have the airstairs, pushback tug, and buses ready when the server opens.
  • Stay on the ground at all times.
  • Prevent passengers from running around on the taxiway.

Airport Staff

These guys also stay on the ground. They handle all if the shops and stores in the airports. They also are gate agents and manage the gate itself by updating it. These guys are also trained to be Security guards. They are trained in many aspects and some consider it harder than captain. They also handle check-in.

Tasks

  • Be on-time
  • Have a good work ethic
  • Manage lounges, checkpoints, and the gate.
  • Be able to handle many passengers.
  • Be trained to use manual check-in.

Cabin Crew

Our most energetic members on the staff team! They are always on the go and are pro’s at customer service. They go through many trainings and have to always be professional.

Tasks

  • Serve passengers.
  • Be on-time.
  • Passionate and have a good personality.
  • Greet passengers and be trained in customer service.
  • Always there for passengers.

Flight Deck Crew

These guys have one of the hardest jobs. They must help get passengers to and from their destination safely without error.

Tasks

  • Make many announcements.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Grammatically skilled.
  • Go to flight school for a week and pass.
  • Have a decent computer.
  • Past experience.
  • Able to handle emergency situations.
  • Have the funnest job ever!

The LR’s have some tough jobs, but wait till you see what MR’s must do!
