Rules BR4-6 are missing specific rule posts, clicking on them redirect to incorrect post

• Detailed description of bug;
  I was looking for the exploit report group and noticed in the broken rules matrix that while bug reports 4-6 appear in the broken rule matrix, they don’t have specific posts detailing what the rule entails. And when clicking on them, they redirect to the incorrect specific rule post. yes I know I should report them on h1, I just didn’t realize the exploit reports group was gone

  Not sure, but first noticed it today April 27th 2023

• Steps to reproduce the issue (be minimal, specific, consistent!)
  Go to the broken rules matrix: Official Rules of the Roblox Developer Forum - #8 by Roblox
  Click on any rule from BR4 to 6
  Observe that you are redirected to the incorrect post and that no specific posts exist for rules BR4 to BR6
