Rules & Regulations | SweetTreatz
Hello and welcome to our section on rules and regulations. You can find all of the information you need about how we expect you to act, behave, look, and speak on all of our platforms and faculties right here. Please keep in mind that the enforcement of these rules is entirely up to our administrators, and their decision is final. If you believe you have been wrongfully banned for any reason, please contact the Chief Administrative Officer or a higher-ranking official.

In-Game Rules
[1] Trolling or intentionally disrupting the flow of the cafe and/or SweetTreatz is not permitted, and you will be automatically banned from the server.
[2] Exploitation is strictly prohibited in all SweetTreatz locations. If one of our administrators suspects you of being an expolioter you will be permanently banned from all SweetTreatz locations.
[3] Your attire must be appropriate for visiting our facilities. Inappropriate clothing choices include, but are not limited to:

Shirts that are racist, sexist, or ableist.

Any clothing that is invisible and has a realistic skin tone.

Any clothing that does not pass the Roblox filter, such as swearing.

Any clothing that may offend others, such as anti-LGBTQ+ clothing, clothing implying sensitive topics and/or events, and so on.
If you are not dressed appropriately or have any of the above-mentioned items equipped, you will be given one minute to change into an appropriate outfit. You will be banned if you refuse or fail to do so. It is up to an administrator to decide whether your outfit is appropriate, and if they ask you to change, you must do so in order to stay in the game.
[4] Any inappropriate usernames that get past the Roblox filter are not permitted in our establishments and will result in an automatic ban. This includes training sessions as well as applications submitted through our Quiz Center.
[5] Spamming of any kind is not permitted at our facilities or on our group wall, and will result in your ban and/or PCBan.
[6] Any form of advertising, whether on your YouTube channel, communication server, Roblox group, or elsewhere, is prohibited and will result in your ban.
[7] Please do not annoy our administrators. If you are continuously following us around or just being generally annoying towards us, we have the right to ban you from the server if you do not cooperate after being initially told to stop.
[8] Please refrain from making false accusations or reporting other users.This will lead to you being banned from our server after a prompt to stop.
[9] Please try your best to speak English when you are at the cafe, as most of our LRs and admins only understand that language. If you are not familiar with English, please use Google Translate and select the “English” option. If you troll in another language, you will be banned from the server. You will also be banned if you do not comply with the requirement to speak English after being instructed to do so.
[10] When you are at the cafe, the maximum number of items you can order at one time is three. If you order more than that in the same order, you will be reminded that the limit is three. If you purposely continue to order more than three items, you will be banned from the server.
[11] Administrators have the authority to ban your alternate accounts if you rejoin them after being properly banned from your primary account for violating any of the rules listed above.
[12] Apply common sense. If you suspect that something you’re about to do is wrong or against the rules, don’t do it. This is a rough guide to the fundamental rules to be followed. Administrators reserve the right to ban you if we believe you are attempting to circumvent any rules simply because they are not listed on this page.
[13] In order to visit the cafe, your account age needs to be at least 27 days old. This is to prevent trolls and/or exploiters from bypassing any bans they may have received on previous accounts. We realise that this may not be ideal for any new users who come across Frappe, but it is in the best interest of our visitors and staff.
[14] Racism or discriminatory phrases or language of any kind is not permitted at any group meeting. For example, “ALM” will result in an automatic ban from the game.
[15] In order to visit the cafe, your account age needs to be at least 30 days old. This is to prevent trolls and/or exploiters from bypassing any bans they may have received on previous accounts. We realise that this may not be ideal for any new users who come across Frappe, but it is in the best interest of our visitors and staff.
[16] Racism or discriminatory phrases or language of any kind is not permitted at any group meeting. For example, “ALM” will result in an automatic ban from the game.
[17] If you have been Trello-banned, PC-banned, or banned from our communications server, you may request that the ban be lifted by one of our Chief Administrative Officers or higher. After you submit your appeal, you will receive a response within 24 hours. For more information on this, please see our Appeals Guide.

While visiting and working at any of our group locations, you must follow the rules listed on this page that apply to you and your rank. Failure to follow these rules, or attempting to work around them, will result in disciplinary action from our administrators.
