Welcome to Rulver’s! To maintain a professional and enjoyable environment for everyone, all employees are expected to adhere to the following Code of Conduct. Our goal is to provide a friendly and professional experience for our guests and fellow employees.

  • Gracious Professionalism is required while representing the Rulver’s Franchise. Always communicate with respect and kindness, respecting everyone regardless of any differences.

  • Compliance with Roblox TOS must be followed at all times in any game owned by Rulver’s. Ensure that all interactions and activities comply with these terms.

  • Respectful Conduct Maintain a respectful demeanor towards all players and staff. Discriminatory behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

  • Safe Chat Adherence Adhere to Roblox’s Safe Chat guidelines. Do not share or solicit personal information and keep all communications appropriate and safe.

  • Exemplary Customer Service Deliver outstanding customer service by warmly greeting guests and addressing their needs efficiently and professionally. Strive to create a positive and welcoming experience for all guests.

  • Team Collaboration Work collaboratively with your team members. Support and assist colleagues to achieve common goals, and maintain a positive and cooperative work environment.

Affiliate Program

We are excited to introduce our new Affiliate Program designed to expand our community and create valuable partnerships. By joining our affiliate program, you can collaborate with other like-minded groups and organizations to enhance the overall experience for our members and guests.

  • Mutual Promotion Engage in mutual promotion activities to increase visibility and reach. Share events, updates, and special offers with our affiliates to build a supportive network.

  • Collaborative Events Host collaborative events that bring together our communities for fun and engaging activities. This can include joint games, competitions, or special celebrations.

Appeal for False Moderation

If you believe you were unfairly moderated at Rulver’s, we encourage you to appeal the decision. Please follow these steps:

  1. Join Our Communications Server: /WyQh3zJytw
  2. Open a Ticket: Once in the server, navigate to the #support channel and open a ticket. Provide your Roblox username and a brief description of the situation where you believe the moderation was unjustified.

Our team will review your appeal promptly and fairly. We strive to ensure a positive experience for all players.
