Looking for a GFX artist, that can do a short-term free concept art. I am in need of the game thumbnail and logo.
Payment
Looking for someone who is willing to just do it, I do not have enough to pay. This is a simple art project, and doesn’t require much. It should take like 10 minutes to do.

You sound like you’re doing a favor for others by letting them design a thumbnail for you. I doubt anyone would be interested, especially because of the way you describe everything. At least give the artist some compensation.
Okay. Well… I have no words, currently. 
What are you asking for? Are you just trying to get a sketch of a thumbnail and logo, or do you want someone to make you a full logo and thumbnail, if that’s what you’re asking that’ll take much longer than 10 minutes, and certainly won’t be free.
If that’s the case why can’t you do it? Don’t undervalue and request someone else to do something for free because “it’s simple” and “doesn’t require much”. Time is money. I’m sure you’ll end if finding someone, but don’t expect the highest quality. And explain more in-depth what you’re looking for. Because it’s relatively confusing to me right now. You want concept art, but you also need a logo and thumbnail??

You’re fine, and apologies if I came off a bit too rude, it’s good that you found someone, but for future reference always try and make your post as detailed as possible. And it’s always best to save up and get a budget before you hire others to work with you. You’ll get higher quality work, and more people interested.
