I made a running animation, but it seems quite stiff. I don’t know what to add or do, feedback apperciated

it kind just looks like speed walking, try making arms go direciton .

heavily I recommend look up inspiration animation like “roblox running animation” see they animate

The body needs to be turning while swinging the arms, also, look at images of running frames in animation there are a few basic poses that happen.
