Russian Chat moderation

И так в ру модерации чата есть много проблем.

1. Если перед оскорбительным сообщением писать le le le le le le le, то модерация чата пропустит оскорбительные сообщения
2. И;с;п;льзовать точки с запятой для обхода бана сл;ова.
3. Также мне не совсем нравиться что при некоректном написании слова, баниться всё предложение.
4. Ну и легендарное это написание русско-английских слов й где использовались x английская и y тоже английская(либо русская)

Expected behavior

Исправления проблем в модерацией чата.
ИИИИИ добавления как и в английском, что баниться не всё предложение а лишь часть

Expected Behavior:

• Implement a system similar to the English chat moderation, where only the specific word is banned instead of the entire sentence.
