S1 Character Mesh gets deformed with Motor6D

I have a S1 character mesh with bones and HRP built in the same way that the Roblox LolaS1Startercharcter is built. my character mesh is playable but very much deformed due to the Motor6d I have attached from the HRP to the mesh. I know I’m missing something simple would someone help please I’ve been stuck messing with this for hours.

It looks like the issue is the LowerTorso bone. I rotated it and made it smaller in Blender and it helped enough to where the deformation is not as noticeable. I’m not sure where the correct placement or rotation needs to be for the lower torso bone so but at least now I know where to start.
