Rank Descriptions

Below you will find information about all of our rank structure. Please go through the material mentioned below if you want to learn more about each rank or your individual rank.


Customer:

This rank is given upon people who have joined our Roblox group and are considered official customers of our tea house. Guests, on the other hand, are also considered Customers.

Industry Icon:

This rank is given to those who are retired former Executive and Presidential Team members. Because of their greater rank inside our establishment, they are referred to as an honourable member.

Industry Icon:

This rank is given to those who represent our alliances on our platform. Anyone who has formed a partnership with us, their representatives will be granted this rank.

Awaiting Training:

This rank is given to those who have recently completed the application at our Application Center, You’ll be asked to attend trainings to obtain knowledge on how to be an attendant and serve customers.

Novice Attendant:

This rank is given to those who have recently completed one training and their job is to serve customers and prepare orders at the teahouse! They must attend more trainings to gain better insight on how we work at Sahu.

Skilled Attendant:

This rank is given to those who have completed their second training and has now has the knowledge to assist other workers at the teahouse. They will continue to serve customers and prepare orders.

Senior Attendant:

This rank is given to those who have completed their final training as a low ranking member. They are the most knowledged low ranked member and must now be recommended for a management position or pass management applications.

House Assistant:

This rank is given to those who have been recommended for management or passed the management applications. Their job is to supervise and moderate the teahouse to ensure a smooth experience. They must meet a weekly activity requirement to maintain their position within the Management Team.

House Supervisor:

This rank is given to those who have shown their activity and dedication towards their interest at Sahu. Their job is to supervise and moderate the teahouse to ensure a smooth experience. They must meet a weekly activity requirement to maintain their position within the Management Team.

Assistant Manager:

This rank is given to those worthy of the job and have shown true dedication towards their passion at Sahu. Their job is to supervise and moderate the teahouse to ensure a smooth experience, along with hosting training sessions.

General Manager:

This rank is given to the truly dedicated management members. This is the final middle-rank and they must be recommended for a higher position. Managers will also be put into a sub-department, which they must maintain activity and perform at an appropriate level.

Executive Assistant:

This rank is given to those who have been recommended for this rank or have passed executive applications. Their job is to complete operational tasks assigned to them depending on their chosen department once they’ve passed. They must also complete a weekly activity requirement to maintain their position within the department.

Executive Officer:

This rank is given to those who have shown activity and proven that they are able to take on more responsibility tasking them to take-on mentorships for newer management members and handle assigned tasks each week.

Operations Manager:

This rank is given to those who have shown true dedication to their role within Sahu. Anyone with this role mainly is a Co-Lead of a department if there is a space available. They are also tasked with additional responsibilities assigning tasks and more.

Managing Director:

This rank is given to those who have worked with us for long time and have shown their true colours and have gone above and beyond on their responsibilities. They are also tasked with leading a department and managing all employee’s that join us at Sahu.

Development Team:

This rank is given to those who are taking part in the development of Sahu. Those under this role have grate skills and are our long-term developers for all projects that are hosted by Sahu.

Presidential Advisor:

This rank is given to those who are tasked with assisting and advising our Presidents and directors on creating a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our members. This rank is only obtainable by being recommended by our one of our Presidents.

Vice President:

This rank is given to those who are co-owners of the group. They assist in operations alongside the President and oversee all departments and operations that happen under Sahu.

President:

This rank is given to the owner and holder of the group. They oversee every aspect of the group and ensure all development and group related matters are handled correctly. They make the overall decisions about each aspect that they see fit.

Partnership Guide

Below you’ll find all the needed information to form an alliance with Sahu. All these requirements are updated regularly depending on group growth and other aspects.


Expectations:

  • Warnings will be issued if there is any drama displayed on your platforms. However, if the drama is severe, we will be forced to withdraw as an alliance since we do not want any conflict to be exhibited.

  • Representatives on your behalf must maintain a professional demeanour throughout all of Sahu’s platforms. If this is not the case, a punishment will be imposed on our behalf against our affiliation.

  • All of Sahu’s events will be made public upon request. However, we will never ask you to publicize any employment opportunities. In this situation, your community should follow suit. If you request that we announce an application, we will deny since we do not do so.

  • Representative adjustments must be implemented right away. This implies that if you need to send in another representative because one is leaving/resigning from their post, you must do it as soon as possible.

Requirements:

  • Group must have 50+ members (non-botted).
  • Communications server must contain 60+ members (non-botted).
  • All of Sahu’s events must be announced upon request.
  • Group must be a similar business within the industry (clothing, restaurant, cafe, etc).
  • Group must not have a history of free-ranking or selling ranks with administrative powers.
  • Community must have a stable activity rate.
  • Representatives must communicate frequently with hosted events, etc.

Application:

  1. Describe your company in detail. Provide social links.

  2. Why do you wish to form a partnership with Sahu?

  3. How can both groups mutually benefit each other?

  4. Do you understand that we do not announce affiliate staff applications?

  5. Provide at least two active representatives. Make sure they are in our Discord server prior to sending this application else it will be declined.

Session Information

Training sessions are hosted at the times below. Please make sure to join about 15 minutes before the training or before the session is full and or s-locked. Trainings are held every single day by our diligent team. If you are in need of assistance, ask in our communications server or simply notify us on the group wall.

Please understand there is always the possibility that a session will not be held due to a number of reasons. If a session is not posted by XX:00, then please assume the session is not going to be hosted. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
