SAIKU is a Korean Steakhouse established in 2021, inspired by the delicious food found on the bustling streets of Seoul. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to ensure that every guest is satisfied with the quality of service that they receive. We offer a variety of traditional dishes, drinks, and pastries that are carefully selected to ensure that your experience is unforgettable. Our goal is to make sure that you leave with a smile on your face and the desire to visit us again soon.

SAIKU Guidelines
At SAIKU, we value the safety and satisfaction of all our members. In order to ensure that, we have established a set of guidelines that must be followed by everyone. If any of these rules are broken, the person responsible will be subject to consequences.
Respect
Respect is of utmost importance on our server. We will not tolerate any derogatory language, inappropriate behaviour or discussions about sensitive topics. Our aim is to maintain a respectful atmosphere for everyone.
Inappropriate Content
Our community is dedicated to creating a safe and comfortable space for all members. Therefore, we will not permit any content that is considered inappropriate, including language, imagery, and conversation topics. It is essential to maintain a positive and respectful environment.
Sharing Information
While we encourage connecting with fellow community members, we request that you do not share personal information such as full names, addresses or schooling. We also kindly ask that you respect others privacy and not pressure them into revealing sensitive information
Common Sense Our Staff Team actively monitors for any inappropriate behavior and will take disciplinary actions when necessary. We hold all members accountable for using common sense and distinguishing right from wrong, even if it’s not explicitly mentioned in our guidelines.
Affiliate Information
Before your establishment requests an alliance with SAIKU, it is important to review the prerequisites, expectations, and queries outlined in this part of our Public Handbook.
This will ensure that your establishment meets our standards and has a higher chance of being approved for an alliance. If, for some reason, your establishment does not meet all of our requirements, there may still be a chance for an exemption. It’s important to carefully review the information provided and make any necessary improvements before submitting a request.
Requirements
- Your establishment must have at least 90 group members and Discord members.
- You are required to provide us with 1-3 representatives.
- It is important that your establishment has a clean history, without any exposure documents or drama.
- Be able to maintain activity within the group.
Expectations
We expect your establishment to maintain professionalism on Discord and ROBLOX. Furthermore, you are expected to announce any SAIKU events if asked by a Public Relations Member. In addition, we kindly request that you inform us beforehand if you intend to post any of our events and provide us with all the relevant information. Also, please ensure that there are no spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors.

Customer
This is our very first rank at SAIKU, you will receive this rank by joining our group.
Notable Customer
This rank is reserved for individuals who have significantly impacted SAIKU.
Business Advocate
This rank is given to members who are representing on behalf of a partnership at SAIKU.
Trainee
This rank is given to members who have successfully passed the quiz in the application center and are eligible to attend training.
Junior Chef
This rank is the very first LR rank, you must successfully pass a training session to obtain this rank. Permitted to work behind the counter and assist new customers.
Advanced Chef
This rank can be obtained by successfully passing a second training session. You will be ranked after the training has finished.
Master Chef
This rank can be obtained by successfully passing a third training session. You will ranked after the training has finished.
Kitchen Leader
This rank can be achieved by receiving recommendations at shifts or training sessions, making you eligible to join our MR Team as it is the last LR rank.
Staff Assistant
This is the first Middle Rank at SAIKU. Staff Assistants serve as moderators at the steakhouse and trainers at sessions. This rank is typically attained through the Staff Assistant Applications on the Discord server or by being noticed by a Manager or higher. Activity requirements apply to this rank.
Supervisor
This is the Middle Rank 2 at SAIKU. Supervisors have the same duties as Staff Assistants, and activity requirements apply to this rank.
Assistant Manager
This is the third Middle Rank at SAIKU. Assistant Managers are session hosts and have additional rank duties. However, they are capable of performing the same duties as the lower ranks. Activity requirements apply to this rank.
Manager
This is the final Middle Rank at SAIKU. Managers are highly dedicated and knowledgeable, capable of performing the same duties as other Middle ranks. Activity requirements are enforced for this rank.
Executive Assistant
This is the first High Rank at SAIKU. Executive Assistants are regarded as department assistants and can opt for either the Staffing Department or Public Relations Department. They can perform all the duties of the lower ranks and have extra benefits. Activity requirements apply to this rank.
Board of Executives
This is the second High Rank at SAIKU. Members of this rank serve as Co-Leads for either the Staffing or Public Relations Department. Their responsibilities include assisting department leads and fulfilling department duties. Additionally, they can perform the same duties as all the ranks below them. Activity requirements apply for this rank.
Executive Director
This is the third and final High Rank at SAIKU. They lead either the Staffing or Public Relations Department and are responsible for overseeing departmental duties. Additionally, they are capable of performing duties from lower ranks. Activity requirements must be met for this position.
Vice President
This is the first level of leadership at SAIKU. The Vice President oversees group operations and makes vital decisions alongside the President. They can also perform all duties of lower ranks, and activity requirements apply to this rank.
President
This is the second rank of leadership at SAIKU. The President serves as Co-Owner and has the same duties as the Vice President but makes decisions alongside the Owner.
Owner
This rank represents the highest level of leadership at SAIKU, with the Owner making decisions in collaboration with the Leadership Team.
