Sakura Kitchen is a hibachi restaurant serving traditional Japanese cuisine. Our goal is to create a friendly environment for our community along with simulating a realistic roleplay experience and teaching the Roblox platform about the wonders of Japanese culture.
This document allows all members of the Sakura Kitchen community, whether you’re a member of staff, a customer, or maybe even someone who is seeking a partnership with us, with the correct information that you need.

Staff Information
If you are interested in joining our management team, there are tips and information for staff members to keep in mind. The Staff Management Department consistently look for active and hardworking staff members that keep our game running and community members safe.
Requirements
- Must be a Team Leader or own the Team Leader gamepass.
- Must not have safechat (must be 13+).
- Account age must be above 60 days.
- Must be verified in the community server.
- Must display good activity at the restaurant.
- Must have a good reputable background.
- Must be willing to spend at least 40 minutes & attend 3 sessions each week as starting position.
Tips
- Do not supervise or stand for a long period of time in one area.
- Aim for 20 minutes at the restaurant daily.
- Quality > Quantity - great service is what Sakura Kitchen is looking for.
- Avoid asking or hinting about a promotion; it will severely decrease promotion chances as we want passionate staff members, not ones simply seeking a promotion.
- Stay positive; everyone will have their chance whenever they are ready. Do not give up as chances are you could be next!
- Engage with the community when shifts or minigames happen, it’s a great way to get involved with a lot more activities and to get to know others better.
Session Information
Training sessions are hosted by our very own management team every day. It is recommended to join the training center 10 minutes prior to the starting time. Below you will find all our training times adjusted to the EST timezone.

If your timezone isn’t EST, be sure to convert the time through your web browser by searching “What is 12:00 AM EST in my time zone?” and it will convert it immediately.
Please note: You must be a Trainee in order to enter the training center. If you would like to become a Trainee, be sure to head to the Quiz Center.
Affiliate Information
Expectations
- Must willingly announce our events when requested.
- Follow all regulations that are provided by both the communications server and main group.
- Must have an active and professional community with an organized staff team.
- Must have two representatives in the server periodically communicating with our Public Relations members.
Requirements
- Must have a professional genre - military, fan, or copyrighted groups are unable to apply.
- Must have at least 50,000 non-botted group members and a respectable number of Discord members.
- Must have a good reputable background with other professional groups.
- Must have original assets and be completely made by the development team or one time commission.
- Must not sell any content that includes administrative commands or management ranks.
Application
- What is the name of the group that is interested in allying with Sakura Kitchen? Provide group, Discord, or other general links.
- Write a summary about your group. We would like to get to know your establishment more.
- Please provide us with two representatives from your group that we can contact if necessary.
Once you’ve completed the application, be sure to message a member of our Public Relations Department regarding your application. Once submitted, the team will read your application and conduct a review to determine if you meet our expectations and requirements. Results will most likely be sent to you within a week of submission.
Appeal Information
Game Server Ban
Game server bans last until the server you were in has reset which can only happen when no players are in the server. If you believe your server ban is false, you can make a support ticket on the Discord in #informative and someone will assist you.
Community Server Ban
Community server bans happen in the community server which any Corporate member can punish if you violate any rules. You can appeal for your server ban unless the Corporate Team has agreed for your ban to be unappealable. Community server bans can be appealed after two weeks of the ban date.
Permanent Ban
Permanent bans are given by any Corporate member within violation of any rules which prevents you from joining Sakura Kitchen permanently. You can appeal your permanent ban unless the Corporate team has decided to make your ban unappealable. Permanent bans can only be appealed after two weeks of its ban date.
Staff Blacklist
Staff blacklists serve as a permanent ban from being able to become a management member in the future. When an individual is given a staff blacklist, it is typically regarding problematic behavior or past reputation. If you’re unsure of a blacklist, you may ask a member of the Staff Management department.
Affiliate Blacklist
Affiliate blacklists prohibit groups from becoming affiliates with Sakura Kitchen. These blacklists are given on a rare basis and can only be appealed by contacting a member of the Public Relations department personally.
