If you download your sales data for a month that has ended, the hold status of the items will not be up to date when you download the file again after the robux are released.
Example:
- You download the August sales data within the first weeks of September.
- Many items still have pending robux.
- You download the sales data again two weeks later.
- You get the same file with the now outdated hold status that has not been updated.
Expected behavior
I expect the sales data I download to be up-to-date each time I download it.
Please make the hold status update whenever a report is requested.
