Same Bundle Received Enforcement Actions 3 Times, All Appeals Stuck

I have encountered a critical issue with the Violations & Appeals system while attempting to appeal the deletion of a Dynamic Head Bundle. Normally, appeals are reviewed and resolved within minutes, but my appeal has been stuck for nearly a day without any updates. This suggests a potential issue with the system preventing appeals from being processed as expected.

Additionally, the same bundle received enforcement actions 3 separate times, generating three different appeal requests for the same bundle. I submitted appeals through all available options, yet none of them have been processed. Even the initial appeal, which existed before the duplicate enforcement actions, remains unreviewed. This indicates a broader issue with the system’s ability to handle and update appeals efficiently.

Expected Result:

  • Appeals should be reviewed and resolved within minutes.
  • Only one enforcement action should be applied to each bundle.
  • The appeal process should proceed smoothly without delays.

Actual Result:

  • My appeal has remained unprocessed for nearly a day.
  • Multiple enforcement actions were applied to the same bundle, resulting in multiple appeal panels for the same item.
  • None of the appeal requests have been processed, leading to significant delays.
  • Only one enforcement action should have been applied to each bundle, and appeals should have been resolved promptly.

I will mark this reply as the solution because Roblox Support has approved the bundle in question, and it will be restored in the coming days. However, the inconsistency between the 2 appeal processes could still have been reviewed.

I’ve had the same issue with several dynamic heads over the past few months, some appeals sent never got reviewed.

I will tag @knknGoing for this, as they have replied questioning the long duration of ticket reviews, and I believe they might be able to assist.

Alternatively, you might need to create a different post to achieve a better result. To avoid putting anyone under stress, I removed the solution mark. Normally, review times via Roblox Support should not exceed one week, and according to their guidelines, they have a “strict response time.” UGC creators’ appeals should be treated as the highest priority, as other creators on the platform are not losing a month’s revenue due to delayed responses like we are.
