I have encountered a critical issue with the Violations & Appeals system while attempting to appeal the deletion of a Dynamic Head Bundle. Normally, appeals are reviewed and resolved within minutes, but my appeal has been stuck for nearly a day without any updates. This suggests a potential issue with the system preventing appeals from being processed as expected.
Additionally, the same bundle received enforcement actions 3 separate times, generating three different appeal requests for the same bundle. I submitted appeals through all available options, yet none of them have been processed. Even the initial appeal, which existed before the duplicate enforcement actions, remains unreviewed. This indicates a broader issue with the system’s ability to handle and update appeals efficiently.
Expected Result:
- Appeals should be reviewed and resolved within minutes.
- Only one enforcement action should be applied to each bundle.
- The appeal process should proceed smoothly without delays.
Actual Result:
- My appeal has remained unprocessed for nearly a day.
- Multiple enforcement actions were applied to the same bundle, resulting in multiple appeal panels for the same item.
- None of the appeal requests have been processed, leading to significant delays.
- Only one enforcement action should have been applied to each bundle, and appeals should have been resolved promptly.
